Rich_505 CoS Forum Site Review - January 1) First impression when page loads - Normally "Enter" pages annoy me, but that one is excellent. 20/20 2) Content of site - Loved the listing of the Defence against the dark arts teachers fates, that was cool. All the content is well researched. Well done. 20/20 3) Organisation of site - Great content, but there are problems if you can't find it... But you sir don't have that problem, its really easy to find everything you could need to know. 20/20 4) Layout of site - A cool layout, I like the way it all flows with the site; I mean the way the banner/header merges with the rest of the layout. Slightly plain in my opinion, I would add more colour. The number of visitors online doesn't work for me either. 10/20 5) USP - One of the best free sites around. 20/20 90/100 Well done, I know how hard you have worked on this site and it really does show.

LestrangLies CoS Forums Site Review - February Initial Impression: Nice looking intro page, and I also like the colours you used. They stay constant throughout the site and I am very impressed with that. All in all a good first impression Look and Feel: The banner is very nice and I like the flow of colours for the site. The brown is a very nice colour to use and it is visually appealing and easy on the eyes, so good work there. I like the whole layout very much and there isn’t much I would change with regards to that. Content: The content is where you seem to lack (hey, the site can’t have it all) I was not impressed to come to “Coming Soon” pages. I think you need to have these pages ready before you open and promote a site. The content you have is good but can be a little vague (from what I saw) and I think you need to add a bit more when it comes to that. What's Hot: Layout What's Not: Content Forum: I personally also feel you go wrong with your forum. The banner is badly done and the colours do not match your site (or each other). I ALWAYS say you need to make sure your forum and your site colours match, so people don’t feel like they are visiting a new site. You make them totally at home in the site and then you are almost “throwing them a curveball” when they click to visit the forum. You need to also add more forum information and look at your forum structure. Staff/Support: Support is offered and I am glad you do so. Well done in that. Biggest Changes to be made: More Content, Redo the forum completely. Future of the site: Lovely site and I really would bookmark it if I was a visitor, but you need to add more content and change the forum skin for it to grow. It has potential, but make the changes I advise, and we’ll see how it goes. Overall Impression: Fairly good, let down as I kept on clicking though.

Rich_505 The Potter Police Review - March (Only Forum) 1) First impression when page loads - OK, but maybe try a non-tiled background. 15/20 2) Content of forum - There are plenty of area but what I noticed quite quickly was how interactive it is. Yes all forums are interactive but you have put alot of emphasis on the users posting thier thoughts, work, ideas, comments, so on and so forth. I like what you have planned for the forum, adding information which would normally be on a website into there; that's a cool idea. 20/20 3) Organisation of forum - There really aren't any complaints, you are active and always contribute new ideas to the forum/site and you've ordered the forum very well. 20/20 4) Skin of forum - Generally I like the skin, I like the colour scheme as it does fit with 'Hagrid's Hut' and the banner is good. I did mention earlier about the tiled background, I would try and find a larger image or make one to make the background a single image. 15/20 5) USP - You are permenantly adapting to what is needed to stay fresh in the HP community, most administrators/webmasters don't do that. You need to get some momentum going on the 'new' project you've started, as people have lost interest in the Potteractive side of things (many missed release dates have made people rather angry) so really it is up to you to make it work. 15/20 Total Score - 85/100 Read the USP comments and act on them or drop the project. PM me if you want any advice. Rich

Rich_505 The Potter Police Review 2 - March (Only Forum)
1) First impression when page loads - Background seems different, deffinately better. I hope you find buckbeak soon Nice idea, well done. 20/20 2) Content of forum - Serious and fun HP talk areas, good idea. The RP is well developed, I was very impressed with the amount of information which has been put into the RP and in preparing members to RP; you've taken into account that people like me don't have a clue about RPing and may need some help. Well done. 20/20 3) Organisation of forum - Generally it's fine, I can't fault it. Honestly my only criticism would be the lack of members, but I am sure that will change soon enough anyway. 17/20 4) Skin of forum - As I mentioned above you do seem to have made the backgroud less tiled, it does flow alot more; keep at it. I must admit though, I am suprised that there are sites which make you put thier button on your forum/site if you are to be reviewed by them; that's not a critism of you btw it's just a little moan from me! 20/20 5) USP - I did say above that I am impressed with the competiton idea, once again it does all relate to Hagrid and you deffinately seem to me to be the right person to make it work. The RP has a lot of useful information which to be honest some RPs to lack. 20/20 Total score - 97/100 Keep it up, I will be glad to see this forum in a few months time when it has 50+ members.
