It took me about six hours too. I just couldn't put it down once I started! And then, when I finished, I think my eyes were strained or something, because my vision was all fuzzy for the rest of the day... but it was worth it!

When I read HP books I try to read slowly and limit myself to reading a chapter a day... with OotP it took me two weeks because I tried to stretch it. Couldn't help it with HBP  |

Oh, I know someone who was like that. She read really slowly and carefully because she knew as soon as she was done with it that would be it and she'd have to wait even longer for the next book.
Didn't work for her though.
I kept making her read it so I could talk about it with her.

I read it non-stop the day it came out then quickly finshed the rest the next morning. (at 8:00am to be precise)
PS if you're confused, I live in Australia so it came out at 9:00am on Saturday the 26ht July
